It is designed for printout on standard 8 1/2 inch by 11 inch paper in the "Portrait" format (see drawing below), with room for 32 entries per page and a comments section. It contains entry columns for Call sign, Date/Time, Frequency, RST/sent and received, QTH, Name and comments in 8 columns.
