K8KXA AND YOUNG FUTURE HAMS
 NEED YOUR HELP!

Hello. My name is Ralph S. Malewski  K8KXA and I am a Staff Engineer for Time Warner Cable in Northeast Ohio. At an early age I had a friend and mentor that was a broadcast engineer that was instrumental in getting me started and teaching me basic electronic skills, getting my amateur radio license and directing me into further education and a lifetime career in commercial radio and television and CATV.

I have recently started a similar technical training program for younger ones. The primary objective is to develop an interest in technology at an early age and to give back what we have received at a formable age.
We are located in a five county area of North Central Ohio.

We are interested in going further with our program establishing and maintaining an amateur radio repeater to be utilized by these younger ones.

That said I am looking for any possible resources, funding and or possibly donated equipment that could be put to good use for this project.

We recognize that these are challenging times economically and any help you can give is certainly appreciated. If you have a sponsorship program is it possible that we can open some dialog and pursue an opportunity for your assistance?
I appreciate your time and look forward to further discussions and your help in getting this repeater up and running for our younger generation of hams!

We are non profit educational promoter.
